How your donation helps

£15 could provide art supplies for a creative expression session, allowing participants to explore painting, drawing, and crafting as a way to boost confidence and self-expression.

£25 could fund materials for a sensory box activity, providing textures, scents, and interactive items that offer a calming and engaging experience.

£50 could sponsor a “Music & Movement” session with instruments and props, helping individuals explore rhythm, coordination, and social interaction through music.

£100 could support a gardening project, supplying tools, seeds, and planters, allowing individuals to grow flowers, vegetables, or herbs that they can nurture and enjoy.

£150 could provide a set of adaptive fitness tools, like resistance bands and soft weights, to support strength and movement training in an inclusive way.

£250 could sponsor a local art exhibition featuring artwork created by participants, allowing them to showcase their talents, gain confidence, and connect with the community.

£500 could fund a custom communication toolkit, such as tablets with specialised apps, picture boards, or speech devices, enabling those with limited verbal abilities to express themselves more easily.
