Collette is passionate about creating equality, diversity and inclusion. She brings extensive experience in strategic analysis and consulting, fundraising and board governance to COT. Her vision for COT is for it to be on a firm financial footing so it can deliver its charitable aims for many years to come through good governance and support of the Senior Management Team.
