Katie Patch

Katie is a social care leader with over 12 years of experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. She has previously worked for two national non-profit organisations, specialising in quality improvement, transformation, and supporting people with complex needs. Katie is responsible for our quality assurance framework (QAF), data protection, coordinating our policy and procedure reviews and strategic projects. Katie is currently on maternity leave and will be returning in October 2025.
