Visit COT’s Rare Breeds Centre part of our Life Skills programmes.
We offer 10 supported living services, each with its own character and tailored approach to meet the individual needs of the people who live there. All our homes feature a garden, providing outdoor space for tenants to enjoy.
Support levels vary between services – some have overnight (sleep-in) support, while others do not require this. A mix of layouts is available, including level access homes and those set over two floors.
Each person has their own tenancy, and rents and service charges are reviewed annually to ensure transparency and fairness.
