Get ready for a summer packed with hands-on fun, family games and farm adventures for the most farmyard summer fun ever! From Monday 20 July to Monday 31 August 2026, every day brings something new to enjoy, with themed activities running right across the summer holidays.

Alongside all your favourite farm attractions, there’ll be giant games on the field, tractor-trailer rides, pig racing, our giant sand pit (with deck chairs for parents) face painting and plenty of chances for little ones to play, explore and get stuck in. Whether they love splashing about, discovering nature or dancing in the sunshine, there’s something to make every child’s visit feel special. For very warm days on the farm, check out our hot weather guide.

Every day for Farmyard Summer Fun!

Every visit includes plenty to enjoy, from our Big Summer of Games on the field, to tractor rides, pig racing and face painting. Children can pick up a Little Farmers fact sheet and head off to explore, making the most of all the fun happening across the farm throughout the day.

Foam Party Weekdays 11:30 am – 12:00 pm

Don’t miss our amazing foam party each weekday morning! Head over to the main paddock for an 11:30 start and enjoy party music accompanying foam shooting out of the back of our tractor trailer! We’re expecting plenty of giggles and merriment for this fun-packed  half-hour event Mondays – Fridays during Farmyard Summer Fun.

We strongly recommend bringing a spare change of clothes or towel for anyone who may want to dance amongst the foam!

Farmyard Olympic Mondays

Kick off the week with a farmyard twist on sports day. Children can race through relays, leap over straw bales, try a sack race, test their strength in a tug of war, gallop in the hobby horse race and test their aim with milk bottle knockdown. It’s energetic, cheerful fun for the whole family, with a chance to design a farmyard Olympic medal to take home too.

Tuesdays are all about getting closer to the natural world. Young explorers can set off on a nature scavenger hunt, get hands-on with sensory play, build dens in the woods and join a nature themed detective-style adventure around the farm. It’s a lovely day for curious minds, packed with textures, colours and countryside discoveries. Additional activities:

  • Wildflower planting
  • Wood turning demonstrations

Farmyard Water Play Wednesdays

Midweek is made for splashing, bubbling and cooling off in true farmyard style. Children can enjoy the Lucky Duck Dip, water play stations, the Straw Bale Splash Maze, giant bubbles and even veggie ice pop making with the farmers. Expect plenty of laughter, a little mess and lots of sunny holiday fun.

From tractor displays and mini tractor play to tractor-themed games like Pin the Wheels on the Tractor, and a decorate-your-own-tractor competition, there’s lots to keep young farming fans busy. Families can also follow the Harvest Trail around the farm in search of all things harvest time.

Farm Fiesta Fridays

Fridays bring the party atmosphere, with a countryside disco, farmyard karaoke and bingo out on the field. It’s the perfect way to round off a week of summer adventures, with music, games and plenty of chances for families to join in the fun together.
