Group costs and booking

Scroll down for everything you need to know about costs and bookings for groups. To qualify for group prices, a group must comprise 10 or more paying people (under 2s and carers are free). Also, payment must be made as a single payment, not by individual members of the group.

Optional extras + payment

  • Goody bags – priced from £2 upwards – can be pre-booked to collect from the gift shop at the end of your visit.
  • Prepared packed lunches – or you can bring your own or takeaway from the Granary Restaurant.
  • Ice creams – £1.50 each value – collect from the gift shop.
  • No deposit is necessary.
  • Payment can be made on the day of your visit, or you can be invoiced after your visit.

How to book a group visit

Please call to enquire about availability and to make a provisional booking.

Familiarisation Visits

  • We allow two free adult visits per booking to enable you to conduct a self-guided familiarisation visit.
  • To book your familiarisation visit, simply call 01233 861493 x221  or email schools@rarebreeds.org.uk to arrange.

To make a definite booking

  • Please download & complete a booking form and email (or post) it to us.
  • Booking forms must be received at least 2 weeks before your visit.
