The Inclusion Conference Centre, opened on 7th July 2026, is Canterbury Oast Trust’s new flexible conference and events space in Woodchurch, Kent. Set on a farm, the centre offers a professional and well equipped venue in a peaceful countryside setting.
Every booking helps support Canterbury Oast Trust’s work with adults with learning disabilities and autism enrolled in life skills learning, including our pathways to employment programme building skills, confidence and experience in a real working environment.
A unique setting for your next event
Whether you are bringing people together for a focused meeting, a training session or a full team away day, the Inclusion Conference Centre gives your organisation space to think, connect and do something meaningful.
With flexible room layouts, AV facilities, catering options and access to the wider Rare Breeds Centre setting, it offers a refreshing alternative to a standard hotel or office based venue. Your full day booking can include a half day on the 100-acre farm enjoying animal encounters, our Mysterious Marsh assault course and walks in lovely woodland trails, or rewarding volunteer time with our farm team.

For a limited time, pricing is discounted £50 per booking. This offer is available for bookings made before 31st December 2026. Full day is 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Half day is 9:00 am – 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm. Prices below are for room hire only and are inclusive of VAT.

Venue hire options
Full day conference hire
- A flexible full day option for meetings, training days, workshops, planning sessions and corporate events.
- The room can be arranged to suit your event, with AV facilities, high-speed internet and presentation equipment available.
Half day conference hire
- A practical option for shorter sessions, available for morning or afternoon bookings.
- Ideal for board meetings, team briefings, workshops, training sessions and smaller business events.
- Add on half a day of farm access for an additional fee per person for team building or recreation.
Combined conference & half volunteering day
Our flagship away day package. This full day experience gives your team space to meet, plan and reconnect, while doing something genuinely meaningful.
- Spend half the day in the Inclusion Conference Centre for your meeting, workshop or training session, and the other half volunteering alongside the Rare Breeds Centre team, supporting supervised farm based tasks.
- Lunch is included, and the day can run as morning conference with afternoon volunteering, or vice versa.
- Ideal for team away days, corporate volunteering, CSR activity and businesses looking to create real local impact.
Evening hire
- Perfect for after work group activities that just need access to a well equipped meeting space after hours.
- Great for yoga classes, community meetings, support groups etc.
- Prices start at £25 per person.
