The Inclusion Conference Centre, opened on 7th July2026, is Canterbury Oast Trust’s new flexible conference and events space in Woodchurch, Kent. Set on a farm, the centre offers a professional and well equipped venue in a peaceful countryside setting.

Every booking helps support Canterbury Oast Trust’s work with adults with learning disabilities and autism, including pathways that build skills, confidence and experience in a real working environment.

Combined conference and farm volunteering day

Our flagship away day package. This full day experience gives your team space to meet, plan and reconnect, while doing something genuinely meaningful.

Spend half the day in the Inclusion Conference Centre for your meeting, workshop or training session, and the other half volunteering alongside the Rare Breeds Centre team, supporting supervised farm based tasks.

Lunch is included, and the day can run as morning conference with afternoon volunteering, or vice versa.

Ideal for team away days, corporate volunteering, CSR activity and businesses looking to create real local impact.

 

Full day conference hire

A flexible full day option for meetings, training days, workshops, planning sessions and corporate events.

The room can be arranged to suit your event, with AV facilities, high-speed internet and presentation equipment available.

 

Half day conference hire

A practical option for shorter sessions, available for morning or afternoon bookings.

Ideal for board meetings, team briefings, workshops, training sessions and smaller business events.
