Kunekune pigs are small, round, hairy pigs with big personalities. Their name comes from the Māori language and means “fat and round”, and the breed became well known in New Zealand.
Kunekunes are usually gentle, friendly and curious, and they enjoy grazing, exploring and getting to know the people who care for them. With their calm nature and sociable character, they are lovely pigs for children to meet on the farm.
Our kunekune piglets are new additions to the farm and were named by Muffin and Cupcake by our Facebook followers. Come and visit them!
